You agree to use the website lawfully and respectfully. In particular, you must not:

• use the website for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers, or other users' accounts;
• upload or post viruses, spam, or malicious code;
• copy, scrape, or republish our content in bulk without permission.

To buy from the shop you may need to create an account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, and the information you give us must be accurate. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at support@lawrencedarmani.com if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

All books, e-books, blog posts, poetry, tracts, videos, images, and other content on this website are owned by Lawrence Darmarni or used with permission, and are protected by copyright law.

You may read, watch, and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial use. You may quote short passages with clear credit to the author and a link back to the website. Any other copying, reproduction, translation, or distribution requires our written permission.

• Prices are shown in the currency displayed in the shop and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Payments are processed securely by Paystack. Your order is confirmed once payment is successful and you receive an order confirmation.
• We try to keep all product information and prices accurate. If we find an error in the price of something you have ordered, we will contact you and you may either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If we do, we will refund any payment in full.

We will ship physical books to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the courier. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct; we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at support@lawrencedarmani.com and we will help put it right.

When you buy an e-book, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to download and read it on your own devices. You may not share, resell, upload, or distribute the file, or remove any copyright notices from it.

If you have trouble downloading a file you have paid for, contact us and we will help you get access.

• Physical books: if a book arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, let us know within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or give you a full refund.
• E-books: because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, e-book sales are final, except where the file is faulty and we cannot fix it, in which case we will refund you.

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. This does not affect any rights you have under consumer protection law.

When you post a comment, you are responsible for what you write. Comments must not be abusive, hateful, defamatory, obscene, spam, or infringe anyone else's rights. All comments are moderated, and we may decline, edit, or remove any comment at our discretion.

By posting a comment, you give us permission to display it on the website alongside the name you provide.

The website may link to or embed content from other websites, such as video platforms and social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, or policies.

Our books and writing are intended to inspire and inform. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

We work to keep the website available and error-free, but we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or free of mistakes. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. Continuing to use the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be handled by the courts of Ghana.
